Tahota Law Firm is crowned on China IP Rankings 2019 of 2019 ALB China
On May 20, 2019, the world-renowned legal media Asian Legal Business (ALB) had issued China IP Rankings 2019. Among the rankings of China-funded firms in China Mainland in the two sections- patents, trademarks/copyrights, Tahota Law Firm was on the list of successful candidates. Tahota was selected into the rankings for five consecutive years.

The First Thailand International Student After-school Class Program of Southwest University of Political Science and Law Was Successfully Held in Our Firm
On May 15, 2019, The First Thailand International Student After-school Class Program of Southwest University of Political Science and Law was held in Tahota (Chongqing) Law Firm, and three students from Thailand Chieng Mai University had attended the study. At night of April 18, 2019, 2019 China Law Award ceremony sponsored by the world-renowned legal media Asian Legal Business was observed the grand opening in Beijing. Tahota Law Firm was the only one to win West China Law Firm and this was the 11th time for Tahota to receive this award. Besides, it was the first time of Tahota to be nominated in ALB’s “medical treatment act” field.

Tahota Helped Xinjiang Financial Investment Get Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and Issue USD Bonds
On Mar. 14, 2019, Xinjiang Financial Investment Co., Ltd.(“Xinjiang Financial Investment”) issued Reg S 3-year USD bonds with a value of 200 million dollars in Hong Kong successfully and the issuance was subject to British laws. After the bonds were issued, they were listed and exchanged on Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Mar. 22, 2019.

Tahota Helped Core Subsidiaries of Qingling and Japanese ISUZU Finish Their Absorption-type Merger
Recently, Qingling Isuzu(Chongqing) Engine Co., Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as “QIEC”) and Isuzu Qingling(Chongqing) Auto Parts Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “IQAC”), two core subsidiaries established by ISUZU Motors Company (Tokyo stock exchange code: 7202, hereinafter referred to as “ISUZU”) and Qingling Motors Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong stock exchange code: 01122, hereinafter referred to as “Qingling Shares”) in Chongqing, completed their absorption-type merger (hereinafter referred to as “Merger of the Two Companies”). More than 200 people attended the signing ceremony, including leaders of Chongqing SASAC, Business Commission, Commission of Economy and Information Technology and Jiulongpo district government, leaders and staff representatives of Qingling and Isuzu company, and media representatives.
